Resident Services

The City of Moreno Valley provides many services to its residents including:

  • Animal Shelter
    The City's animal shelter provides a safe haven for lost and unwanted pets. It's a great place to find a new "best friend" or family pet.
  • City e-Services
    Here's a one-click place to find all of the services the City provides online including: pet search, real-time TV feed, police online crime reporting form, street light form, and more.
  • Code and Neighborhood Services
    The City of Moreno Valley Code and Neighborhood Services Division enforces the City’s municipal codes on private property throughout the City. This section provides a description of typical code violations along with numbers to call to report them.
  • Emergency Preparedness & Disaster Services
    The City of Moreno Valley provides CPR and CERT training. Interested citizens may want to consider joining the Emergency Response Force (ERF). There is also an active MV ACES/RACES group of HAM radio operators.
  • Employment Resource Center
    In an effort to help unemployed or underemployed Moreno Valley residents, the City of Moreno Valley opened the Moreno Valley Employment Resource Center (ERC).
  • Fire Department
    The Moreno Valley Fire Department provides fire safety quizzes. Test your knowledge...it could help you in a real fire.
