Converted Space ADUs
Converted Space ADUs are spaces on the property that have been converted into an independent living space.
A Converted Space ADU means that part of an existing home (e.g., master bedroom, attached garage, storage area, or similar use, or an accessory structure is partitioned off and renovated to form a separate living space. You may choose a lower-level ADU (in the basement) or an upper-level ADU (in the attic).
