In early 2017 MVU developed a strategic planning document entitled, “Road
MVU ROAD MAP
Map to the Future”. This project identified six areas of focus to address the

opportunities and challenges facing MVU in the future. It has proven to be

a critical step in aligning resources to meet the needs of MVU, the City of

Moreno Valley, and the greater customer community. Listed below are the

strategic areas of focus and its strategic objective.
