Trick or Treat on Wheels
Join us for hair-raising FREE trick or treat event from the safety of your car. Families are encouraged to decorate their vehicles and become part of the drive-thru fun and maybe even win a prize! Event will include music, devilishly decorated vehicles, and special treats. Preregistration is required to participate in this event. Voting will take place for participating vehicles and the judges will be voting for the following categories:
- Funniest
- Best Theme
- Scariest
- Most Creative

Location: Conference and Recreation Center

How to Participate
- Decorate your vehicle according to the category you are entering
- Show up on October 30th at the Conference and Recreation Center at the designated time
- Add any finishing touches before the event begins and enjoy the fun!
- Prizes available!

- ALL vehicles must be family-friendly and not contain profanity or any other offensive or inappropriate subject matter.
- The event is open to all ages.
- You are REQUIRED to wear masks at the event
- Social distancing and safety measures will be adhered to and required.

MoVal Movies Drive-In Series:
Hocus Pocus
The Parks and Community Services Department invites you to a Halloween family friendly drive-in movie event with a showing of Hocus Pocus (Rated PG). Pre-registration required.
Refreshment food vendors and portable restrooms will be available.
Cost: $15/vehicle
Time: Gates open at 7pm; movie begins at 8pm.
Location: March Field Park 15450 4th St.

October 5 - 30
It’s the Great Pumpkin Hunt, MoVal!
During the month of October be on the lookout for spooky pumpkin friends hanging around MoVal parks. If you spot a pumpkin, take a photo and post it using the hashtag #MoValParks to win an enchanted prize. For safety, please do not pick up/touch the pumpkins. Helpful clues will be posted weekly on City of Moreno Valley’s social media pages.

Howl O’ Ween Pet Costume Competition
Get in the spirit with your furry friend by dressing up in your best costume and posting a photo by October’s end. Winners in four categories will receive a prize!
