SMART Meters


                                                                                 MVU is in the process of deploying SMART
                                                                                 Meters to all residential service locations.
                                                                                 SMART  Meters  will provide  customers
                                                                                 more detailed feedback regarding their
                                                                                 energy use while improving system
                                                                                 reliability through faster outage detection
                                                                                 and restoration of service.  Through June
                                                                                 30,  2018,    MVU    installed  over  2,563
                                                                                 residential SMART Meters, and plans
                                                                                 to  complete  installation  of  commercial/
                                                                                 industrial SMART Meters in 2019.

                                                                                Mobile App



                                                                                 Your cell phone, tablet, and mobile device
                                                                                 can now be used to connect with MVU.
                                                                                 The free “MyMVU” app is available for both
                                                                                 iOS and Android devices and puts many
                                                                                 customer service features at your fingertips.
                                                                                 Need to review your account?  Log into
                                                                                 MyMVU to review past and present billing
                                                                                 statements, set notification preferences, or
                                                                                 update contact information.  Want to pay
                                                                                 your bill on the go?  You can pay your bill
                                                                                 through MyMVU.  Customers can also view
                                                                                 and report electrical outages, read up on
                                                                                 efficiency tips, and request service turn on/
                                                                                 off via the MyMVU app.
