What Are My Payment Options?
Administrative citations and parking tickets can be paid using the methods below. If you are mailing a payment, make sure it's in the form of a money order, personal check or cashier’s check payable to the City of Moreno Valley. Please write the citation number on the check or money order.
Note: Failure to pay a citation or correct a code/parking violation may result in additional fines, citations and/or legal action.

Payment Arrangement Program
To apply, submit an Indigent Person Payment Arrangement form within 60 days of the issuance of the parking citation.
