New Billing Cycle

To improve your customer service experience, Moreno Valley Utility is moving to a 4-cycle billing process. 

At present, all of our nearly 8,000 customers are billed at the same time. This can result in prolonged hold and wait times when you contact our customer service team. To alleviate this, customer billings will be spread throughout the month into four billing cycles. 

Beginning early September, some customers will receive an additional bill to accommodate the transition to the new billing dates. This will be a one-time occurrence. Going forward, your billing will resume its monthly frequency on the new billing date.

We appreciate your patience as we continue to bring reliable, customer-focused, progressive and flexible service to our customers. As always, should this change cause an impact that requires assistance, we are here to help.
