Mobilehome Grant Program (MHG)

The MHG offers a one-time grant of up to $10,000 to assist income-qualified residents with health and safety home repairs. The mobilehome must be owner-occupied and located inside an established rental park within Moreno Valley. There are no repayment obligations. Household income generally cannot exceed 50% of the current area median income based on household size. Please refer to the income limits chart.
