Illegal Auto Repair Business

While the City allows small auto repairs to be conducted in the driveway and major auto repairs to be conducted inside a garage; they do not allow a person to conduct an auto repair business from their house.

Environmental and safety issues are the main concern. Also, the City requires anyone running a business from home to obtain the proper permits and licenses.
